White Bean Hummus

Enhance your traditional hummus with Spice World’s Global Flavors. Slammin’ Moroccan Spice is slightly sweet and full of flavor! From the fire roasted red bell peppers and extremely aromatic from the cumin, cinnamon, and allspice, serve this hummus with pita or fresh veggies!

  • ½ jar + 1 tsp Global Flavors Slammin’ Moroccan Spice, divided
  • 2 15oz cans white beans, drained
  • ¾ cup olive oil, divided
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp salt
  • 2 pita bread


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a blender, combine ½ jar of Global Flavors Slammin’ Moroccan Spice, white beans, and ½ cup olive oil. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth.
  • On a baking tray, drizzle the remaining ¼ cup of olive oil on pita, rub with 1 tsp of Global Flavors Slammin’ Moroccan Spice. Bake for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish hummus with chopped parsley and a drizzle of olive oil.
