Ingredients
½ jar + 1 tsp Spice World Global Flavors™ Slammin’ Moroccan Spice Cooking & Seasoning Blend, divided
2 15oz cans white beans, drained
¾ cup olive oil, divided
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
2 Tbsp salt
2 pita bread
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a blender, combine ½ jar of Spice World Global Flavors™ Slammin’ Moroccan Spice, white beans, and ½ cup olive oil. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth.
On a baking tray, drizzle the remaining ¼ cup of olive oil on pita, rub with 1 tsp of Global Flavors Slammin’ Moroccan Spice. Bake for 5 minutes.
Garnish hummus with chopped parsley and a drizzle of olive oil.
