White Bean Hummus

Ingredients

  • ½ jar + 1 tsp Spice World Slammin’ Moroccan Spice Seasoning Blend, divided
  • 2 15 oz cans white beans, drained
  • ¾ cup olive oil, divided
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp salt
  • 2 pita breads

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a blender, combine ½ jar of Spice World Slammin’ Moroccan Spice, white beans, and ½ cup olive oil. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth.
  • On a baking tray, drizzle the remaining ¼ cup of olive oil on pita and rub with 1 tsp of Slammin’ Moroccan Spice. Bake for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish hummus with chopped parsley and a drizzle of olive oil.
