Onion Quiche

  • 1 Unbaked pie crust 
  • 3 Eggs

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. 
  • In a medium size bowl, mix together the eggs, cream, and cheese. Once combined, set aside. 
  • In a saucepan, melt your salted butter under medium heat.

Fresh Cucumber Salad

Cucumber salads are the perfect side dish on a May summer day, and this fresh salad will help keep everyone cool and content during your Mother’s Day brunch! Oh, and not to mention, this recipe will only take you minutes to prepare!

To make this dish you will need: 

  • 2 Cucumbers, thinly sliced 
  • ½ Cup Spice World Easy Onion 
  • ¼ Cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh dill, chopped 
  • 1 Tablespoon of sugar 
  • 1 teaspoon of salt 
  • A dash of ground pepper for taste

To make this dish you will need: 

  • 12 oz water packed white tuna meat 
  • 2 Tablespoons of minced celery
  • 4 teaspoons of Spice World Easy Onion 
  • ½ cup of mayonnaise (can substitute for Greek Yogurt) 
  • 1 Tablespoon of Dijon mustard (can substitute for whole grain) 
  • Dash of ground pepper, to taste 
  • 1 teaspoon of minced parsley (optional)
  • Dash of lemon juice (optional)


  • Drain the tuna meat and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Be sure to break up the meat using a fork. 
  • Incorporate Spice World Easy Onion, parsley, and celery. Mix. 
  • Once well combined, add in the mayonnaise and ground pepper.
  • If using lemon juice, pour that in and blend thoroughly.

Bloody Mary

Bloody Marys are a refreshing drink that is perfect for celebrating—especially on days like Mother’s Day. This drink traditionally consists of tomato juice, spices, and vodka, but while this is an alcoholic drink, you can also leave out the vodka for a mocktail that’s just as tasty.

To make this drink, you will need: 

  • 1 medium clove of Spice World Organic Peeled Garlic

  • 8 ounces of Vodka (optional) 
  • 4 cups of tomato juice 
  • ⅓ cup of distilled vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce

  • Celery sticks, for decoration (optional) 
  • Kosher salt to rim glasses (optional)


  • In a blender, pour in the tomato juice, vodka, vinegar, worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. On a medium setting, blend until smooth.

  • Blend again on a medium setting for a few seconds. Add ice and pour the mixture into each glass and serve!
