  • Once the pasta is ready, add the mushrooms, onion, and spinach back to the skillet, then the drained pasta, and toss to combine. Add a little more parmesan and Italian seasoning and give it a quick stir.
  • Then, serve immediately with red chili pepper flakes and, of course, more parmesan.
