Participation in the Spice World Flavor Report Giveaway (“Giveaway”) constitutes participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. 

Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins at 12:00:01 A.M. Eastern Time on September 17, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. Eastern Time on September 24, 2025. (“Giveaway Period”). 

Sponsor: The Giveaway is sponsored by Spice World LLC. (“Sponsor”) 

Administrator: The Giveaway administrator is Luckie & Company (“Administrator”). 

Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to natural persons 18 years of age and older who are legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, DC (“Participants”). Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and Administrator, and all of their respective parents, subsidiaries, members, divisions, affiliates, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies (“Sponsor and Promotion Parties”), and those individuals who are immediate family members of Sponsor and Promotion Parties, or persons living in the same household as Sponsor and Promotion Parties, are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. “Immediate family” means parents, siblings, children, and spouse. Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. 

How To Enter: During the Giveaway Period, click on the “CLICK FOR CHANCE TO WIN” button found on the September Spice World Flavor Report email and automatically receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway. Limit one (1) entry per person. 

Entries will not be deemed valid for the Giveaway unless they: (a) meet the requirements set forth above; (b) comply with the rules of the Giveaway; and (c) do not infringe, misappropriate, or violate the rights of any third party. Entries that are not received by Sponsor for any reason will not be eligible and will be disqualified. Automated or bulk entries or entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, false, corrupted, illegible, or late entries. 

Winner Selection; Odds: Promptly following conclusion of the Giveaway Period, on or about September 25, 2025, Sponsor or Administrator will select, via a random drawing, one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period to receive the Prize described below. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 

Prize: One (1) $25 prepaid gift card. Total Prize ARV: $25. Standard third-party gift card terms and conditions apply; Sponsor is not responsible for a potential winner’s use of any gift card prize.

The Prize will be emailed to the selected winner’s email address in Sponsor’s records within seven (7) business days after the conclusion of the Giveaway Period.

In the event of a dispute over the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed made by the person identified to be the Authorized Account Holder of the email address used at registration, but only if that person meets all other eligibility criteria, otherwise the entry may be disqualified, and any potential prize won will be forfeited in Sponsor’s sole discretion. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

The Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-negotiable. Winner is solely and fully responsible for any and all costs, fees, taxes, assessments, and expenses associated with Prize, redemption, receipt, and use, including, without limitation, all federal, state, and local taxes on the Prize. All additional expenses not expressly stated in the Prize description above are the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution or transfer of any prize or election of cash in lieu of any prize by Winner(s) will be permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value. If applicable, Winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099-MISC and other applicable tax documents. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing and any other condition of this Giveaway may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize, in which case no consideration will be awarded. ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” AND SPONSOR DOES NOT MAKE (AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR) ANY REPRESENTATIONS, GUARANTEES, OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATING TO ANY PRIZE (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), AND ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. 

Rights Granted to Sponsor: By entering this Giveaway, Participants understand and agree that Sponsor and Promotion Parties, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor and Promotion Parties, and Sponsor and Promotion Parties’ licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to use, publicly display, print, publish, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, and provide access to Winner’s submission(s), name, address (city and state/province/territory), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, opinions, biographical information, and/or any statements made by Participant regarding the Giveaway or the Prize for advertising and promotional purposes without limitation, in any media, worldwide, without notice or additional compensation or consent, except where prohibited by law. If a Participant chooses to submit or post any media content (including but not limited to photographs, videos, recordings) in connection with this Giveaway, that Participant grants to Sponsor and its partners and designees, a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, copy, distribute, and display each submitted Entry and any part thereof, in any media, and the right to use, copy, modify, edit, and create derivative works therefrom, and agrees to execute documents confirming such right and license at Sponsor’s reasonable request. 

General Conditions and Release: By participating in the Giveaway, Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be final. Sponsor and Promotion Parties, agents and representatives of Sponsor and Promotion Parties, their parent companies, members, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (ii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Giveaway to be disrupted or corrupted; (iv) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of any prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, or from participation in the Giveaway; or (v) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Giveaway at any time if a computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or other technical problem of any sort corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Giveaway or change any element thereof, with or without notice, at any time, due to printing errors, website errors, transmission errors, or other mistakes or problems in the production or administration of the Giveaway. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole discretion, any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website, or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. 

By participating, each Participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, Promotion Parties, all Social Media Platforms, and their employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, parents, members, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Giveaway or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, TAMPER WITH THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COOPERATE IN THE PROSECUTION OF ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL(S) AND TO PURSUE ALL REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 

Choice of Law and Forum; Class Action Waiver: Participants agree that all disputes relating to the administration of the Giveaway or issuance of any prize will be resolved in the appropriate courts in the state of Florida, exclusively, and subject to the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to conflicts of laws.  Participant agrees that causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Florida having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses. Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Tax Responsibility: Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. 

Limitations: Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, email delivery failures, or submission errors. This promotion is not sponsored or endorsed by any third-party platforms.
