According to the Organic Produce Network, sales of organic produce topped $9.4 billion in 2022, up 3% over 2021. Neilsen data further shows organic produce sales in 2023 increased 2% over 2022.  Spice World’s organic garlic pairs well with consumers desire for global cuisines — notably Japanese, Korean, Thai, Greek and Middle Eastern cuisines1 – as these cuisines prominently feature garlic.
