Heat the oven to 400°F. Line the pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients. Shape the mixture into 24 (1½-inch) meatballs. Place 1 inch apart in the pan.
Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 18–22 minutes or until meatballs reach 160°F and are no longer pink in the center. Check regularly to ensure the meatballs are moist and not dry in the center.
