These festive cookies are filled with warm, spiced flavors of Spice World Minced Ginger and are a simple recipe for the whole family to help with. Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ tsp baking soda
½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg
¾ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground cloves
3 tsp Spice World Squeezable Ginger
¾ cup unsalted butter
¼ cup unsulfured molasses
1 cup powdered sugar
4 tsp milk

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, beat butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg, Spice World Squeezable Ginger, and molasses; beat until well combined.
Combine dry ingredients, then gradually add to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
Separate dough in half and cover it in plastic wrap. Let the dough chill for around 3 hours.
After the dough is chilled, roll out into around ¼ inch thick sheet.
Use cookie cutters to cut out men, and lay cookies on baking sheet.
Cook for around 9-10 minutes. Remove from oven.
While cookies cool, combine powdered sugar and milk to create icing.
