Easy Onion Baked Chicken Kebabs

These delicious Chicken Kebabs are a tasty and healthy option for any meal. Full of flavor and color, they will be sure to take center stage at your next dinner.

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast or chicken thighs cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 bell peppers, red or yellow, cut into large 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 Tbsp Spice World Easy Onion
  • Spice World Garlic
    1 Tbsp Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic or
    1 Tbsp Spice World Squeezable Garlic or
    3 cloves Spice World Peeled Garlic, minced or
    3 cloves Spice World Fresh Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 12 wooden skewers, soaked in water









  • Soak 12 wooden skewers in warm water for at least an hour so they don’t burn.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, Spice World Easy Onion, Spice World Garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Place chicken in a large glass container. Pour marinade over, mix well to coat the chicken, and cover. Refrigerate for a couple of hours, or overnight for best results.
  • Preheat oven to 450F.
  • Thread chicken and peppers on the skewers.
  • Place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil (you may need more than one baking sheet to ensure kebabs aren’t crowded on the sheet).
  • Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, flipping the skewers about half way through.
  • Check to make sure the chicken is cooked all the way through, then serve.
