These delicious Chicken Kebabs are a tasty and healthy option for any meal, and can be grilled or oven baked. Full of flavor and color, they will be sure to take center stage at your next dinner.

Ingredients
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast or chicken thighs cut into 1-inch pieces
2 bell peppers, red or yellow, cut into large 1-inch pieces
Soak 12 wooden skewers in warm water for at least an hour so they don’t burn.
In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, Spice World Easy Onion, Spice World Garlic, salt, and pepper.
Place chicken in a large glass container. Pour marinade over, mix well to coat the chicken, and cover. Refrigerate for a couple of hours, or overnight for best results.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 450F.
Thread chicken and peppers on the skewers.
If grilling, cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until chicken reaches 165 degrees F.
If baking in an oven, place skewers a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil (you may need more than one baking sheet to ensure kebabs aren’t crowded on the sheet). Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, flipping the skewers about half way through.
Check to make sure the chicken is cooked all the way through, then serve.
