Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Spice World Garlic Ginger Fusion*
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • Vegetable oil
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

*Substitute for Garlic Ginger Fusion:
2 tsp Spice World Ready-to-Use Garlic
1 tsp Spice World Squeezable Ginger

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together Spice World Garlic & Ginger Fusion (or Spice World Minced Garlic and Spice World Minced Ginger), soy sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Lightly oil a nonstick pan and place over medium heat until hot. Add chicken breasts or thighs and cook 5-7 minutes per side or until golden and cooked through.
  3. While the chicken is cooking, pour the glaze mixture into a small saucepan and place over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Once the chicken is done, drizzle the glaze over the chicken, or brush it on generously during the last minute of cooking.
  5. Serve the glazed chicken with your choice of sides, such as rice or steamed vegetables.
