A savory, umami-rich garlic and ginger ramen broth simmered with miso, soy, sesame oil, and aromatics, poured over noodles and finished with green onions for a simple, flavorful bowl.
In a medium saucepan, combine chicken or vegetable broth, soy sauce, and miso paste. Stir until miso is dissolved.
Add Spice World Garlic & Ginger Fusion (or Spice World Minced Garlic and Spice World Minced Ginger), sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, and sugar to the broth. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Allow the broth to simmer for 10-12 minutes to infuse the flavors. Taste and adjust with more soy sauce or rice wine vinegar if desired.
Pour broth over cooked ramen noodles.
Top with green onions and any additional toppings (boiled eggs, mushrooms, sesame seeds, etc.) you prefer.
