Nothing says comfort like a big bowl of mashed potatoes. With Land O Lakes® Salted Butter and Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic, this recipe checks all the boxes! It’s creamy, garlicky, and serves as the perfect side for any meal.

4.5 lbs red potatoes, diced into 1 inch cubes
3 Tbsp Land O Lakes® Salted Butter
4 Tbsp Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1-1/2 cups milk
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
In a large pot, place diced potatoes and cover with water. Bring it to a boil over medium-high heat and cook until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain potatoes and set them aside.
In the same pot over medium heat, add Land O Lakes® Salted Butter and Spice World Minced Garlic. Allow butter to melt sautee garlic for a couple minutes, until fragrant. Add the potatoes back into the pot and mash.
Remove the pot from the heat and add in the cream cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Mash until the cream cheese is melted and stir in milk until the potatoes reach your desired consistency.
