Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat. Add Spice World Easy Onion and sauté 3-4 minutes until softened.
  2. Stir in grated Spice World Peeled Ginger and Spice World Fresh Diced Garlic (or minced Spice World Peeled Garlic), cooking 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in beef broth and add soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Bring mixture to a simmer and cook, uncovered, 15 minutes to allow flavors to develop.
  5. Stir in ½ teaspoon sesame oil just before serving.
  6. Ladle into bowls and garnish with your choice of green onions, chili oil, or fresh cilantro.
