Ingredients
Spice World Easy Onion
¼ cup
Spice World Chopped Easy Onion
Spice World Ginger
1 Tbsp grated
Spice World Peeled Ginger
Spice World Garlic (choose one)
2 tsp
Spice World Diced Garlic
2 cloves, minced
Spice World Peeled Garlic
1 Tbsp oil (neutral or sesame)
2 cups beef broth (low-sodium if preferred)
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp rice wine vinegar
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp toasted sesame oil
Optional garnishes: green onion, chili oil, fresh cilantro

Instructions
In a medium saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat. Add Spice World Easy Onion and sauté 3-4 minutes until softened.
Stir in grated Spice World Peeled Ginger and Spice World Fresh Diced Garlic (or minced Spice World Peeled Garlic), cooking 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in beef broth and add soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Bring mixture to a simmer and cook, uncovered, 15 minutes to allow flavors to develop.
Stir in ½ teaspoon sesame oil just before serving.
Ladle into bowls and garnish with your choice of green onions, chili oil, or fresh cilantro.
