Garlic, lemon juice and oil are the basics for almost all seafood dishes. This is a great way to get healthy results from your grill. Just remember: it won’t take long at all for even jumbo shrimp to cook through.
Stir the remaining ingredients together and pour over the shrimp. Cover and marinate for 3 to 4 hours.
Grill on each side for about 5 minutes over high heat. Be careful not to char the ingredients too much. (Leaving the tails on adds flavor and ensures shrimp does not curl too much during cooking.)
