Ingredients

  • Spice World Ginger
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 Tbsp dried hibiscus petals
  • 1 cinnamon stick (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp honey (or to taste)
  • Mint sprigs (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, bring water, hibiscus petals, ginger, and cinnamon (if using) to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
  3. Strain tea into mugs; stir in honey to taste. Serve warm or allow tea to chill and serve over ice with mint sprigs, if desired.
