Ingredients

  • Spice World Ginger
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 Tbsp dried hibiscus petals
  • 1 tbsp honey (or to taste)
  • 1 cinnamon stick (optional)
  • Ice & mint (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, bring water, hibiscus petals, ginger, and cinnamon (if using) to a boil.
  2. Reduce to simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
  3. Strain into mugs (or chill for iced tea). Stir in honey to taste. Serve warm or over ice with mint.
