Ingredients
5 lbs sour cream
32 oz Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic
1 Cup Garden Seasoning
1/3 cup granulated onion
5 lbs grated parmesan cheese
¼ Cup crushed pepper
10 lbs heavy mayonnaise
1 Tbsp ground white pepper

Instructions
Remove and save water from the minced garlic jar.
Add garlic to the sauté pan with ⅓ cup of olive oil. Sauté until golden.
Combine with the remaining ingredients (including garlic water).
Stir until it reaches a smooth dip consistency.
Serve immediately, try not to keep it out too long as it is a dairy product.
