Ingredients

  • 1 jar Spice World Italian Herb & Garlic
  • 1½ lbs ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp dried parsley
  • 3 Tbsp dried onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp finely chopped fresh basil
  • Cooking spray
  • 12 slices fresh mozzarella
  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 cups baby arugula
  • 2 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine Spice World Italian Herb & Garlic, beef, dried parsley, dried onion, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl; mix thoroughly.
  2. Divide into 12 equal slider patties and place in refrigerator until ready to use.
  3. Combine mayonnaise, basil, and salt and pepper to taste in a small bowl and set aside.
  4. Preheat a cast-iron pan or grill. Spray pan with cooking spray and cook patties to desired temperature.
  5. Place cheese on patties during the last 45 seconds of cooking.
  6. Place patty on bottom bun and then spread 2 teaspoons of mayonnaise mixture on top bun.
  7. Top patty with arugula and tomato; top with bun and serve.
  8. Makes 12 sliders.
