Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Spice World Italian Herb & Garlic
  • 4 oz pasta (spaghetti or linguine)
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp shaved Parmesan
  • Pinch of chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup cooking liquid.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and Spice World Italian Garlic & Herb until fragrant.
  3. Toss pasta with the oil mixture, basil, parsley, and a splash of pasta water.
  4. Finish with shaved Parmesan and chili flakes, if desired.
