Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Spice World Italian Herb & Garlic
  • 4 oz pasta (spaghetti or linguine)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil & parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp shaved parmesan
  • Pinch of chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ¼ cup cooking water.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and Spice World Italian Garlic & Herb until fragrant.
  3. Toss pasta with the oil mixture, fresh herbs, and a splash of pasta water.
  4. Finish with parmesan and chili flakes if using.
