Instructions

  1. Rub 6.5 oz Spice World Italian Herb & Garlic all over the ribeye.
  2. Cover the ribeye and refrigerate for 12+ hours.
  3. Before roasting, dust off extra seasoning blend and cover evenly with salt and pepper.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  5. Place the meat in the middle of your oven. Once a golden crust or char appears, place foil over the ribeye.
  6. Cook for 45–80 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches at least 145°F.
  7. Serve!
