  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  3. Form mixture into 24 meatballs and place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake until chicken is cooked through, about 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Makes 2 dozen small meatballs.
