Ingredients

  • 1 jar Spice World Italian Herb & Garlic
  • 1 package puff pastry, thawed in refrigerator
  • Flour for dusting
  • ½ lb sliced deli ham
  • ½ lb sliced salami
  • ½ lb sliced pepperoni
  • ½ lb sliced provolone
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Lay thawed puff pastry on countertop lightly dusted with flour to prevent sticking. Using a rolling pin, roll dough until stretched paper-thin but not transparent.
  3. Spread half of Spice World Italian Herb & Garlic on pastry sheet, leaving a 1-inch border all around.
  4. Shingle half of ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone and sprinkle with half of Parmesan cheese, leaving a 1-inch border all around.
  5. Begin rolling puff pastry into a tight roll, tucking in sides.
  6. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with egg.
  7. Repeat with other puff pastry sheet and remaining ingredients.
  8. Bake 30-45 minutes. Adjust temperature about halfway through if pastry is getting too dark.
  9. Remove from oven and allow to cool before cutting into slices.
  10. Serving size: 3 slices per person.
