Flaky, golden puff pastry rolled with layers of savory Italian meats, melted provolone, and a rich garlic herb spread, then baked to perfection. These Italian pinwheels are crispy on the outside, warm and cheesy inside, and perfect for sharing as a crowd-pleasing appetizer or snack.
Lay thawed puff pastry on countertop lightly dusted with flour to prevent sticking. Using a rolling pin, roll dough until stretched paper-thin but not transparent.
Spread half of Spice World Italian Herb & Garlic on pastry sheet, leaving a 1-inch border all around.
Shingle half of ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone and sprinkle with half of Parmesan cheese, leaving a 1-inch border all around.
Begin rolling puff pastry into a tight roll, tucking in sides.
Place on parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with egg.
Repeat with other puff pastry sheet and remaining ingredients.
Bake 30-45 minutes. Adjust temperature about halfway through if pastry is getting too dark.
Remove from oven and allow to cool before cutting into slices.
