Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
For every four pounds of chopped root vegetables, mix ⅓ cup olive oil,⅓ cup honey, ¼ cup Spice World Minced Ginger or Spice World Squeezable Ginger, and salt to taste
Coat root vegetables thoroughly
Roast for 30–40 minutes or until desired doneness, shaking vegetables halfway through
