Ingredients
Spice World Ginger (choose one)
¼ cup
Spice World Squeezable Ginger
¼ cup
Spice World Ready-to-Use Ginger
4 lbs root vegetables of your choice, chopped
⅓ cup olive oil
⅓ cup honey
Spread the love
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Mix ⅓ cup olive oil, ⅓ cup honey, ¼ cup Spice World Minced Ginger or Spice World Squeezable Ginger, and salt to taste.
Coat root vegetables thoroughly.
Roast for 30–40 minutes or until desired doneness, shaking vegetables halfway through.
Salt to taste.
