Sour Cream, Mushroom & Easy Onion Chicken

This one pan creamy chicken dish will please everyone! Jam packed with ALL of the flavor!

  • 2 chicken breasts or thighs, cut in half
  • 1 tsp Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup Spice World Easy Onion
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 8 oz sliced white mushrooms
  • Parsley (to garnish)

  • Add olive oil and half of the butter to the pan and heat over medium-high heat until warm.
  • Add the chicken, cooking it for 5–6 minutes per side, and set aside.
  • Decrease the heat to medium and add in the rest of the butter, mushrooms, and Easy Onion. Sauté until the mixture is soft and browned.
  • Stir in minced garlic, chicken broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Mix in sour cream until the sauce is smooth.
  • Add the cooked chicken to the skillet, covering it evenly with the sauce.
  • Garnish with parsley to finish.
