Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp Spice World Garlic & Ginger Fusion
  • 16 chicken wings (can be cut into flats and drumettes if desired)
  • 1 oz olive oil
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 12 oz sweet chili sauce
  • 1 oz sesame oil
  • 1-2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 oz sesame seeds

Substitute for Garlic & Ginger Fusion:
3 Tbsp Spice World Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp Spice World Squeezable Ginger

Instructions

  1. Cook wings using desired method (grill, fry, or bake).
  2. While wings are cooking, heat olive oil in a medium saucepan. Add Spice World Ginger & Garlic Fusion and cook until slightly golden. Add soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, and sesame oil to pan. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, combine cornstarch with 1 tablespoon of water and mix well.
  4. Bring sauce mixture to a boil and slowly add cornstarch mixture until sauce is thickened. Add cilantro to sauce and stir well.
  5. Place wings in a bowl and add sauce, tossing to coat. Transfer to serving dish. Garnish with sesame seeds.
