Instructions

  1. In an instant pot on sauté, sauté 1 tablespoon of Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic in 2 tablespoons of olive oil until fragrant.
  2. Add chuck roast and brown for 3 minutes on all sides. Remove it from the pot.
  3. Deglaze with 1 cup of water mixed with a packet of au jus.
  4. Add a metal rack to the pot, place the browned roast on the rack, and cover with potatoes and carrots.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Set the instant pot to pressure cook for one hour. Press Start.
  7. Once the timer sounds, immediately vent the lid, then open it. Move the meat to a cutting board and let it rest for five minutes.
  8. Serve with vegetables and the au jus/garlic mixture. Enjoy!
