Participation in the 2025 Spice World Spice Up the Summer Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) constitutes participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FACEBOOK OR INSTAGRAM FROM META (“SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS”). ALL QUESTIONS REGARDING THE SWEEPSTAKES SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO SPONSOR AND NOT THE SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS.
Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 A.M. Eastern Time on May 27, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. Eastern Time on August 11, 2025. (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Spice World LLC. (“Sponsor”).
Administrator: The Sweepstakes administrator is Luckie and Co. (“Administrator”).
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to natural persons 18 years of age and older who are legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, DC (“Participants”). Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and Administrator, and all of their respective parents, subsidiaries, members, divisions, affiliates, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies (“Sponsor and Promotion Parties”), and those individuals who are immediate family members of Sponsor and Promotion Parties, or persons living in the same household as Sponsor and Promotion Parties, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. “Immediate family” means parents, siblings, children and spouse. Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
How To Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will post a total of twelve (12) posts on Instagram and twelve (12) posts on Facebook about the Sweepstakes. Participants can enter by taking the following actions on Facebook and/or Instagram (each an “Entry”):
Completing steps (a) – (c) on either Facebook or Instagram constitutes one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes. Each participant may like and comment on up to twenty-four (24) separate posts meeting the criteria above for up to twenty-four (24) total entries into the contest.
How To Gain a Bonus Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, participants can gain a bonus entry by taking the following actions on Facebook and/or Instagram:
Completing steps (a) – (d) on either Facebook or Instagram constitutes one (1) bonus Entry into the Sweepstakes. Each participant may receive up to two (2) total bonus Entries for completing the steps on both platforms.
Important Note: Sponsor is aware of fake accounts that ask for personal and bank details. Sponsor will never ask for bank details from anyone. Do not respond to these accounts. Sponsor will only ask for personal details from the potential winners promptly following the end of the Sweepstakes Period on August 11, 2025.
Sponsor has sole and absolute discretion to disqualify Entries from consideration, including without limitation any Entries containing:
Entries will not be deemed valid for the Sweepstakes unless they: (a) meet the requirements set forth above; (b) comply with the rules of the Sweepstakes; and (c) do not infringe, misappropriate or violate the rights of any third party. Entries that are not received by Sponsor for any reason will not be eligible and will be disqualified. Automated or bulk entries or entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, false, corrupted, illegible or late entries. Sponsor shall have the sole discretion to determine the validity of an Entry. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of a participant, the entry will be declared to have been made by the registered account holder of the Social Media Account used for entry, but only if that person meets all other eligibility criteria; otherwise, the entry may be disqualified, and any potential prize won will be forfeited in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Winner Selection; Odds: Promptly following conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, on or about August 13, 2025, Sponsor or Administrator will select, via a random drawing, one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period to receive the Prize described below. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified by direct message on Facebook or Instagram. The potential winner must respond by direct message through the Social Media Platform by which Sponsor contacted the potential winner within two (2) days of the original direct message or will forfeit the Prize. To be awarded the Prize, the potential winner may be required by Sponsor to sign and complete an Affidavit/Release and return it within five (5) days of the date of the potential winner’s receipt of prize award notification; Winner’s guest(s) may also be required to sign and return an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to deliver the notification to potential winner. If the potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim a prize within two (2) days of the drawing, is ineligible, or fails to timely return the completed and executed Affidavit/Release as required, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Participant who will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries. If potential winner has moved to a different address, it is the sole responsibility of the potential winner to notify the Sponsor or designated agent of the potential winner’s new address. Sponsor is not responsible for any undeliverable prize deliveries due to change of address.
In case of dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address used to submit the entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address or is the owner of the Social Media Account used for the entry at issue. Any potential winner may be requested to provide proof that such winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry or other proof of identity.
Prize: One (1) Winner will receive a $10,000 voucher that can be used solely in connection with booking a 4-day/3-night trip to Orlando, Florida and visiting an Orlando theme park (1 day/single park entrance) for Winner and up to three (3) guests to take place between September 1 and November 15, 2025, or between January 15 and March 31, 2026 (“Prize”). The Prize voucher may be used toward travel, lodging, theme park entrance fees, and any other related fees or expenses for Winner and guest(s) that Winner and Sponsor may mutually agree upon in advance. Sponsor will coordinate logistics through a travel agency of its choosing; Winner will cooperate with Sponsor and its designated travel agency in all booking arrangements. All travel arrangements must be booked at least thirty (30) days in advance of scheduled travel departure date. Sponsor and/or its designated travel agency will provide Winner with options for itinerary, including travel, lodging, and theme park options; all options and itineraries presented are at Sponsor’s discretion. At Sponsor’s discretion, Sponsor and Winner may mutually agree to book a total trip package exceeding $10,000 in value, but in such circumstance, Winner shall be responsible for all costs and fees in excess of the $10,000 voucher amount. Total prize ARV: $10,000.
The Prize is nontransferable, non-assignable, and nonnegotiable. Winner is solely and fully responsible for any and all costs, fees, taxes, assessments and expenses associated with Prize, redemption, receipt and use, including, without limitation, all federal, state and local taxes on the Prize. All additional expenses not expressly stated in the Prize description above are the sole responsibility of Winner. Sponsor is not responsible if travel or lodging is changed, canceled, or postponed or if travel is made unavailable by circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control. Sponsor may reschedule and/or relocate the Prize location in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner’s selection of airline, seating, and lodging is subject to review and approval by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If in the judgment of the Sponsor, air travel is not required due to Winner’s proximity to the trip destination, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. No substitution or transfer of any prize or election of cash in lieu of any prize by Winner(s) will be permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value. If applicable, Winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099-MISC and other applicable tax documents. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing and any other condition of this Sweepstakes may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize, in which case, no consideration will be awarded. ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” AND SPONSOR DOES NOT MAKE (AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR) ANY REPRESENTATIONS, GUARANTEES, OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATING TO ANY PRIZE (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), AND ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.
All guests must be 18 or older and legal U.S. residents currently residing in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. If a guest is under 18, the Winner traveling with that guest must be their legal parent or guardian. Any guests are bound by these Official Rules and any representations or warranties made by Winner.
Winner is solely responsible for following any terms, conditions, or restrictions of all transportation companies, hotels, and events and activities hosts. Winner recognizes Sponsor’s right to terminate the right to receive a prize, including ending a trip early, if Winner (or Winner’s guests, if applicable) engage in behavior that is inappropriate, illegal, threatening, defamatory or disparaging.
Rights Granted to Sponsor: By entering this Sweepstakes, Participants understand and agree that Sponsor and Promotion Parties, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor and Promotion Parties, and Sponsor and Promotion Parties’ licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to use, publicly display, print, publish, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, and provide access to Winner’s submission(s), name, address (city and state/province/territory), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, opinions, biographical information and/or any statements made by Participant regarding the Sweepstakes or the Prize for advertising and promotional purposes without limitation, in any media, worldwide, without notice or additional compensation or consent, except where prohibited by law. If a Participant chooses to submit or post any media content (including but not limited to photographs, videos, recordings) in connection with this Sweepstakes, that Participant grants to Sponsor and its partners and designees, a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, copy, distribute, and display each submitted Entry and any part thereof, in any media, and the right to use, copy, modify, edit, and create derivative works therefrom, and agrees to execute documents confirming such right and license at Sponsor’s reasonable request.
General Conditions and Release: By participating in the Sweepstakes, Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be final. Sponsor and Promotion Parties, agents and representatives of Sponsor and Promotion Parties, their parent companies, members, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (ii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (iv) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of any prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (v) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time if a computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or other technical problem of any sort corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Sweepstakes or change any element thereof, with or without notice, at any time, due to printing errors, website errors, transmission errors or other mistakes or problems in the production or administration of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole discretion, any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website, or who is otherwise in violation of the rules.
By participating, each Participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, Promotion Parties, all Social Media Platforms, and their employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, parents, members, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, TAMPER WITH THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COOPERATE IN THE PROSECUTION OF ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL(S) AND TO PURSUE ALL REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Choice of Law and Forum; Class Action Waiver: Participants agree that all disputes relating to the administration of the Sweepstakes or issuance of any prize will be resolved in the appropriate courts in the state of Florida, exclusively, and subject to the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to conflicts of laws. Participant agrees that causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Florida having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than Participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses. Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
