Participation in the 2026 Spice World Summer to Savor Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) constitutes participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FACEBOOK OR INSTAGRAM FROM META (“SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS”). ALL QUESTIONS REGARDING THE SWEEPSTAKES SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO SPONSOR AND NOT THE SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS.
Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 A.M. Eastern Time on June 22, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. Eastern Time on July 6, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Spice World LLC. (“Sponsor”).
Administrator: The Sweepstakes administrator is Luckie and Co. (“Administrator”).
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to natural persons 18 years of age and older who are legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, DC (“Participants”). Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and Administrator, and all of their respective parents, subsidiaries, members, divisions, affiliates, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies (“Sponsor and Promotion Parties”), and those individuals who are immediate family members of Sponsor and Promotion Parties, or persons living in the same household as Sponsor and Promotion Parties, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. “Immediate family” means parents, siblings, children and spouse. Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will post a total of three (3) posts on Instagram and three (3) posts on Facebook about the Sweepstakes. Participants can enter by taking the following actions on Facebook and/or Instagram (each an “Entry”):
Completing steps (a) – (c) on either Facebook or Instagram constitutes one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes. Each participant may like and comment on up to all six (6) separate posts meeting the criteria above for up to six (6) total entries into the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor has sole and absolute discretion to disqualify Entries from consideration, including without limitation any Entries containing:
Entries will not be deemed valid for the Sweepstakes unless they: (a) meet the requirements set forth above; (b) comply with the rules of the Sweepstakes; and (c) do not infringe, misappropriate or violate the rights of any third party. Entries that are not received by Sponsor for any reason will not be eligible and will be disqualified. Automated or bulk entries or entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, false, corrupted, illegible or late entries. Sponsor shall have the sole discretion to determine the validity of an Entry. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of a participant, the entry will be declared to have been made by the registered account holder of the Social Media Account used for entry, but only if that person meets all other eligibility criteria, otherwise the entry may be disqualified, and any potential prize won will be forfeited in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Winner Selection; Odds: Promptly following conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, on or about July 7, 2026, Sponsor or Administrator will select, via a random drawing, nineteen (19) potential winners from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period to receive the prizes described below. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Potential winners will be notified via comment on their Entry on Facebook or Instagram. The potential winner must respond by direct message through the Social Media Platform that Sponsor contacted the potential winner within two (2) days of the original direct message or will forfeit the Prize. To be awarded a prize, potential winners may be required by Sponsor to sign and complete an Affidavit/Release and return it within five (5) days of the date of the potential winner’s receipt of prize award notification. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to deliver the notification to a potential winner. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim a prize within two (2) days of the drawing, is ineligible, or fails to timely return the completed and executed Affidavit/Release as required, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Participant who will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries.
In case of dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to submit the entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address or is the owner of the Social Media Account used for the entry at issue. Any potential winner may be requested to provide proof that such winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry or other proof of identity.
Prizes: Nineteen (19) potential winners will be randomly selected to receive one (1) of the following prizes:

All federal, state, and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. Any difference between the stated estimated value of a prize and its actual value will not be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are nontransferable. An entrant with a winning entry is not eligible to win multiple times. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each participant also represents that there is no legal or contractual restriction barring participation, including, without limitation, any restriction from participant’s employer or company. Third-party gift card terms and conditions apply to all gift card prizes; Sponsor is not responsible for potential winner’s use of any gift card prize. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing and any other condition of this Sweepstakes may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prizes, in which case, no consideration will be awarded. All prizes are awarded “as is” and sponsor does not make (and is not responsible for) any representations, guarantees, or warranties of any kind, express or implied, in fact or in law, relating to any prize (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose), and all such warranties are hereby disclaimed.
Rights Granted to Sponsor: By entering this Sweepstakes, Participants understand and agree that Sponsor and Promotion Parties, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor and Promotion Parties, and Sponsor and Promotion Parties’ licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to use, publicly display, print, publish, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, and provide access to Winner’s submission(s), name, address (city and state/province/territory), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, opinions, biographical information and/or any statements made by Participant regarding the Sweepstakes or the Prize for advertising and promotional purposes without limitation, in any media, worldwide, without notice or additional compensation or consent, except where prohibited by law. If a Participant chooses to submit or post any media content (including to but not limited to photographs, videos, recordings) in connection with this Sweepstakes, that Participant grants to Sponsor and its partners and designees, a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, copy, distribute, and display each submitted Entry and any part thereof, in any media, and the right to use, copy, modify, edit, and create derivative works therefrom, and agrees to execute documents confirming such right and license at Sponsor’s reasonable request.
General Conditions and Release: By participating in the Sweepstakes, Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be final. Sponsor and Promotion Parties, agents and representatives of Sponsor and Promotion Parties, their parent companies, members, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (ii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (iv) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of any prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (v) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time if a computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or other technical problem of any sort corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Sweepstakes or change any element thereof, with or without notice, at any time, due to printing errors, website errors, transmission errors or other mistakes or problems in the production or administration of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole discretion, any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website, or who is otherwise in violation of the rules.
By participating, each Participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, Promotion Parties, all Social Media Platforms, and their employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, parents, members, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, TAMPER WITH THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COOPERATE IN THE PROSECUTION OF ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL(S) AND TO PURSUE ALL REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Choice of Law and Forum; Class Action Waiver: Participants agree that all disputes relating to the administration of the Sweepstakes or issuance of any prize will be resolved in the appropriate courts in the state of Florida, exclusively, and subject to the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to conflicts of laws. Participant agrees that causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Florida having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than Participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses. Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Those posts will be left up and available for viewing for at least one (1) month following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period.
